BACKGROUND: there is a fairly bare bones wikia page here, but i can provide more information if necessary.

INCENTIVE: ideally, she'd really like it if that psychopathic murdering asshat terry could get what's coming to him. she'll even suggest that initially. but since she'll be shot down, then her second choice would be to not die a disgusting gruesome bear-trap related death. since, honestly? she doesn't really mind her first "death".

FIT: by all appearances, tracy is the deal candidate for eudio. she's young, hot and likes to party and have a good time. while this is all true, she's also deeply self-conscious (a fact she only reveals in canon to her closest friend) and enjoys being validated as often as possible.

eudio will be a good fit for her in that it might finally allow her to come into herself a little bit. while she knows she's attractive, and works exceedingly hard to remain that way, tracy desperately wants to be seen as more than just a pretty face. she's smart, though not as much as her friends, and kind, a fact she doesn't even attempt to hide despite her bad habit of calling anyone/everything "bitches" whether they like it or not. to her, it's a bizarre kind of compliment.

being intimate with people will not be any kind of a struggle for her and, honestly, she would happily follow through on the town requirements even out the incentive waiting for her. being thrown into an entire city filled to the brim with hot people who just want to snuggle/make out/whatever? bring it on!

ANYTHING ELSE? tracy is...kind of a zombie. but not the slow moving, rotting corpses most people seem to think of. tracy, and the rest of her friends who died in the initial car accident, were brought back as some sort of vampire/zombie hybrid, that never gets explained in canon. they no longer age and, as long as the stones that brought them back to life are still in their bodies (tracy's is in a rather nasty gash on her forehead that she can cover with her hair if necessary, although she'd love it if the representatives wanted to go ahead and heal it) and their brains are still intact, will be immortal.

but because of this, they do require blood to survive. one power that will likely (and rightfully so) be nerfed in eudio is her blood absorbtion ability. if anyone is injured enough that blood is flowing freely, and tracy is within a few feet, she can absorb it without ever having to make contact. losing that won't affect her much, if at all, as long as she is still being supplied with blood on a regular basis.
